Your role, your contribution!

  • Collaborate across our internal teams to support clients in identifying and managing sustainability- and climate-related risks and opportunities.
  • Support clients with sustainability-related financial disclosures and assurance, including greenhouse gas emissions and energy reporting.
  • Assist in developing climate strategies, transition plans, and decarbonisation pathways aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to climate scenario analysis, resilience assessments, Scope 3 calculation, and defining sustainability metrics and targets.
  • Provide clear, practical advice in complex regulatory and stakeholder environments.
  • Drive innovation in sustainability methodologies, tools, and thought leadership within Crowe.

What you bring to the role!

  • Experience in sustainability, climate, assurance, risk, or advisory services.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., engineering, environmental science, accounting, economics).
  • Knowledge of AASB S1 and S2 standards, greenhouse gas accounting, and sustainability metrics.
  • Passion for sustainability reporting, climate-related disclosures, and technical excellence.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to learning and growth.
