The ESG Manager is responsible for leading and embedding GWF’s ethical sourcing framework across its management and legal entities, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and alignment with Group standards. The role focuses on identifying, assessing and mitigating supply chain human rights and modern slavery risks, implementing the GWF Responsible Code of Conduct, and strengthening monitoring through platforms such as Sedex. It also supports responses to external sustainability, human rights and regulatory requests from governments, investors, customers and other stakeholders.
