Our ESG practice is experiencing strong growth and we are looking for a driven ESG Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ESG professional to work across a diverse client base, build deep expertise, and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes and business growth.
Description
The Opportunity
As an ESG Consultant, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver high-quality advisory services while building strong client relationships. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing ESG strategies, supporting reporting frameworks with a particular focus on the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standard AASB S2, and helping clients navigate complex sustainability challenges.
This role offers strong exposure to client engagement, consulting delivery, project management and business development, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their ESG career in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support clients across industries to develop and enhance ESG, sustainability, and climate strategy and reporting, including materiality/risk assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, measurement and analysis
- Analyse ESG data and corporate activities to deliver clear insights, recommendations, and high-quality reports and presentations
- Contribute to client relationship management, ongoing engagement, and business development initiatives
- Stay across ESG trends and regulatory developments while supporting project delivery, timelines, and quality outcomes
Skills And Experiences
What You’ll Bring
- 2 + years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, or related consulting/professional services
- A relevant degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, or similar
- Working knowledge of key ESG frameworks and standards – AASB experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with clients and supporting workshops or presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
