About this Opportunity

Symphony is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to manage complex schedules, coordinate key business activities, and facilitate effective communication across the organisation. You will play a critical role in enabling the executive team to focus on strategic priorities by providing high-quality support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Expense Management: Maintain the executive team’s calendars and manage expense reports with precision and efficiency, ensuring alignment with company policies.

• Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, handle communications, and maintain organised filing systems for quick information retrieval.

• Meeting Planning & Support: Coordinate and prepare for executive-level meetings, compile agendas and materials, and record concise minutes when required.

• Travel Coordination: Organise seamless domestic and international travel itineraries while proactively resolving any issues that arise.

• Business Planning Support: Prepare insightful reports, analyse data, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering professional and positive interactions.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management platforms.

• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

• Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment
